- Hero Basic — $49/month · 1 curbside pickup · Up to 3 small items · 5% off larger cleanouts
- Hero Plus — $99/month · 1 pickup · Up to 5 items or a small truck load · 10% off larger cleanouts
- Hero Pro — $199/month · 2 pickups · Larger monthly allowance · 15% off larger cleanouts
1. Billing
Hero Club is billed monthly to the card on file, on the same date each month, starting the day you join. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Hero's Junk Removal does not store your card details.
2. Cancellation
Memberships are month to month with no contract. You may cancel at any time by calling or texting us before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing. Payments already made are not prorated or refunded, and your benefits stay active through the end of the period you already paid for.
3. What is included
Each plan includes the number of monthly pickups and the item allowance described on this page. Unused pickups do not carry over to the following month. Items beyond your plan allowance can be removed at your member discount rate, quoted before any work begins.
4. Scheduling
Priority scheduling means members are booked ahead of one-off requests. It is not a guaranteed same-day or fixed-time arrival. Pickups are scheduled during normal business hours and are subject to weather, safety and access conditions.
5. Access and placement
Items must be accessible and safe for our crew to reach and carry. Please have items at the curb, in the garage, in the driveway or in another agreed spot. We cannot remove items from unsafe structures or spaces that cannot be legally or safely entered.
6. Items we cannot accept
For legal and safety reasons we cannot remove hazardous materials, including wet paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, ammunition, medical or biohazard waste, and any material a licensed hauler is not permitted to transport. Ask us first about any item you are unsure of.
7. Discounts
Member discounts of 5%, 10% or 15% apply to the labor portion of larger junk removal and cleanout jobs quoted by Hero's Junk Removal. Discounts apply only while a membership is active and cannot be combined with other offers.
8. Service area
Hero Club is offered in Bristol, PA and the surrounding Lower Bucks County communities we serve. If you move outside our service area, your membership can be cancelled at any time.
9. Changes to the program
We may update Hero Club pricing or benefits. Existing members will be notified before any change affects their billing, and may cancel at any time if the new terms do not work for them.
